| The Helios SpaceStation Corporation will be the part owners and managers of the Global Climate Net, a net of sophisticated engines positioned in stable and concentric orbits around the Moon. |

| If solar output drops significantly, it can cause significant climactic shifts. Similarly, if solar output increases dramatically over time, the climate will also alter dramatically. |
